June 7, 1877
Born in Dobromirtsi, Zbarazh Estate, Ternopil region. Graduated from Ternopil High School.

1897
Served in the Austrian military. Studied at the law department of Lviv University.

1902 – 1905
Studied Theology in Innsbruck (Austria)

October 14, 1905
Ordained to the priesthood by Metropolitan Andrey (Sheptytsky) in Lviv.

1907 – 1909
Studied in Vienna, Austria. Received his doctorate in theology. Returned to Lviv and acted as prefect of the Theological Seminary in Lviv, in addition to being an adviser on emigration issues.

October 13, 1912
Ordained titular bishop of Patar by Metropolitan Andrey (Sheptytsky) and Bishops Hryhoryi (Khomyshyn) and Konstantyn (Chekhovych) in Lviv.

1912 – 1928
Lived in Winnipeg serving as bishop for Ukrainian Canadians. In 1928, he renounced his position.

1929 – 1945
Auxiliary bishop of Lviv (vicar general of the Lviv archeparchy).

1935
Member of the eparchial advisory council.

April 14, 1945
Arrested and sentenced to eight years of imprisonment, eventually dying on October 6, 1949 in Karaganda, Kazakh SSR.

2001
Beatified as a Martyr
